After reading about and understanding the issue people have with the most recent episode of Game of Thrones, I thought I would make a simple flow chart for creators. Use it yourself; I imagine it’ll be helpful.
I’m sure I remember Jaime raping or partly raping Cersei in the books, though. I haven’t seen that episode yet but still.
Hmm. I think I should consult a flow chart to see if that’s a good idea.
(My wife informs me that this was not the case in the books.)
Yes, of course it lowered my opinion of the character- but Cersei was praying in the sept, and Jaime came in, and I remember that she tried to stop him but he did it anyway, I think she started enjoying it part way through. And then it turned out she was on her period.
Huh. You know, if that reading of the scene is correct, maybe it was a good thing to have in the books! Let’s take a look at a flow chart.
